Refund Policy

General Policy: Moolala offers a seven (7) day refund period, from the date of purchase, on unredeemed/unused vouchers. After that point, the voucher may only be used with the vendor or merchant.

Expired Vouchers: If a voucher expires before you redeem it, contact the merchant who offered the original promotion. They are required by federal law to honor the paid value (the amount you actually paid for the voucher) towards goods or services with their company, if the paid value has not expired. Moolala does not refund expired vouchers unless you attempted to redeem the voucher prior to the expiration date and the merchant is unable to honor the voucher or has gone out of business.

Merchant Not Honoring Vouchers: If a merchant is not able to honor your voucher, please contact support@moolala.com. We will attempt to get you a resolution. If the voucher expiration date has passed, in the event we determine that you are entitled to a refund, we will only issue you a PayMatrix credit.

Returning a Product: Moolala defers requests for returns or issues regarding defective products to the merchant and their return policy. Read the fine print of each deal as some deals are "all sales final."
