Refund Policy
General Policy: Moolala guarantees a seven (7) day, no-questions-asked refund on unredeemed/unused vouchers. After seven (7) days, a Moolala Paymatrix Credit may be issued to be used toward future Moolala purchases. After 14 days, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Product Promotions: General Policy applies to all unredeemed/unused vouchers. A full refund will be issued on redeemed vouchers or products that were shipped immediately upon voucher purchase after a member returns unused products within 14 days of receipt in original condition/packaging. Shipping is paid for by member, and a tracking number must be provided to Moolala Customer Service before refund is issued. After 14 days of receipt of product, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Promotions: Moolala guarantees a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on unused/unredeemed vouchers. After 14 days, but not to exceed 30 days from purchase date, a Moolala credit will be issued on unredeemed/unused vouchers. No refunds after 30 days. Members are encouraged to resolve issues directly with Travel merchant.
