The Fine Print
These restrictions apply to all deals unless explicitly contradicted by a deal’s fine print:
- Cash back cannot be received on a deal (unless required by law).
- Coupon must be used in one visit or purchase.
- Coupon cannot be applied toward either tax or gratuity.
- A deal cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Coupon cannot be used until the day after purchase.
Deals offered by restaurants may allow the purchase of alcohol unless the fine print states otherwise.
Refund Policy
General Policy: Moolala guarantees a seven (7) day, no-questions-asked refund on unredeemed/unused vouchers. After seven (7) days, a Moolala Paymatrix Credit may be issued to be used toward future Moolala purchases. After 14 days, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Product Promotions: General Policy applies to all unredeemed/unused vouchers. A full refund will be issued on redeemed vouchers or products that were shipped immediately upon voucher purchase after a member returns unused products within 14 days of receipt in original condition/packaging. Shipping is paid for by member, and a tracking number must be provided to Moolala Customer Service before refund is issued. After 14 days of receipt of product, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Travel Promotions: Moolala guarantees a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on unused/unredeemed vouchers. After 14 days, but not to exceed 30 days from purchase date, a Moolala credit will be issued on unredeemed/unused vouchers. No refunds after 30 days. Members are encouraged to resolve issues directly with Travel merchant.

We thought it would be selfish to hoard all the good questions. Here are some of the best. As an added bonus, we’ve included answers! Each answer applies to all coupons unless contradicted by an individual deal’s fine print.
When can I redeem my coupon?
As soon as the day after you purchase them, usually.
I purchased the deal. Where’s the coupon?
The coupon is sent as soon as we process the order. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the number of people buying deals at one time.
Can I give coupons as gifts?
Yes! We give you the option to email it to whomever you choose. For that personal touch, print it and hand it to a friend. As long as the coupon hasn’t been redeemed, the recipient can use it, even if the name on it is different.
If the coupon is limited to one per person, but I can buy multiples as gifts, can I give myself multiple coupons as gifts?
Sorry, only one coupon can be redeemed per person.
If the coupon is for a service, how should we tip?
For specific cases, Moolala encourages you to consult your portable etiquette book (everyone has one, yes?). What we do know is that it's considered appropriate to tip on the pre-discount amount of your final bill.
