Led by the company's Chief Chocolate Lover Adeline Rem, the shop invites participants into their commercial kitchen for tasting, learning and one-of-a-kind merrymaking. Keres Spices expert Brian Dorman, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London, will also be on hand with unique spices for mixing, such as ghost pepper, cayenne, cinnamon, green sea salt black, coal sea salt, red clay sea salt. While sipping cocktails, watch and taste as milk, dark and white chocolate is swirled with spices for melt in your mouth results.
